Ian Coyle

Ian Coyle is the Director of Business Development at Data Ideology with more than 12 years of technical sales and account management experience.

He is a 2008 graduate of Allegheny College with a degree in managerial economics and communication arts. Most recently, he spent 6 years running a technical recruitment firm which tapped his desire to inspire technical professionals through active career coaching. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Ian is an entrepreneur and community philanthropist. His personal commitment to leading a life of impact led him to create a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Semper Gratus (Latin for “always grateful”), to support pediatric patients suffering from cancers, diseases, and disabilities in addition to performing other general acts of kindness. Since 2014, Semper Gratus has raised over $130,000 for local nonprofits. Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and a curriculum advisory board member for Pittsburgh Technical College.
