Michelle George is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Data Ideology.
Michelle is responsible for account and relationship management alongside the development of marketing materials and initiatives. Michelle is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelors of Science in Communication – concentration on public relations and advertising.

Toby George is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of Data Ideology with over 16 years of experience in developing and executing data management strategies, Business Intelligence methodologies, and complex analytic solutions.
Toby is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Services and his Master of Business Administration. He is experienced in leading data management and analytics projects, standing up operational analytics programs for multi-billion-dollar organizations, solving complex business problems through analytics, and acting as a trusted partner to the C-suite. Toby is also part time Adjunct Faculty at the Katz Graduate School of Business at Pitt, focusing on experienced based learning in consulting.

Mike Sargo is Chief Data and Analytics Officer and Co-Founder of Data Ideology with over 23 years of experience leading, architecting, implementing, and delivering enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise data management solutions.
Mike is a graduate of both, the University of West Virginia where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, and of Mountain State University where he earned his Master of Science in Strategic Leadership. He has extensive experience leading enterprise wide preservation and modernization projects focusing on data strategy, analytics roadmapping, solution architecture & design, and implementation.

Katie Bayerlein is a Director of Business Development for Data Ideology.
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, she attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Being Scrum Master certified, her experience includes work in IT and Engineering Staffing. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, golfing attending concerts and traveling as much as possible.
Director of Business Development
Ian Coyle is the Director of Business Development at Data Ideology with more than 12 years of technical sales and account management experience.
He is a 2008 graduate of Allegheny College with a degree in managerial economics and communication arts. Most recently, he spent 6 years running a technical recruitment firm which tapped his desire to inspire technical professionals through active career coaching. Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Ian is an entrepreneur and community philanthropist. His personal commitment to leading a life of impact led him to create a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Semper Gratus (Latin for “always grateful”), to support pediatric patients suffering from cancers, diseases, and disabilities in addition to performing other general acts of kindness. Since 2014, Semper Gratus has raised over $130,000 for local nonprofits. Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, a member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, and a curriculum advisory board member for Pittsburgh Technical College.

Matt Sargo is a Director of Business Development for Data Ideology.
Matt is a graduate of both, Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Education, and Argosy University where he earned his Master’s Degree in Organizational Business Leadership. He has extensive experience in both business development and recruitment. Outside of work, Matt is the owner of Sargo Hockey Academy working with children ages 4-12 on the fundamentals of ice hockey. He resides in Irwin with his wife Jessica, and his two sons Tyler and Spencer.
Manager of Analytics
Eric Leuthold is a Manager with over 8 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
He enjoys creating data models and visualizations that allow users to gain insights into their business. He has extensive experience creating and managing KPIs and reporting that drive results, and has expertise in procurement initiatives. Eric received a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Management Information Systems.

Shelley Nolte is our Client Success Manager with 8 years of data & analytics experience.
She has a bachelors from the University of Pittsburgh in Administration of Justice and holds certifications as a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Practitioner (SP) and a certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. Shelley serves as the primary relationship owner and strategic lead for our clients throughout the entire lifecycle, building strong and lasting relationships based on alignment and expectations.

Mike Jacisin is a Manager of Business Analytics with 16 years of Healthcare Analytics Experience.
Mike has an extensive background in Healthcare Data Analysis and requirement gathering ranging from the inbound claim to the outbound encounter file and everything in between. Mike obtained his Bachelors of Science in Management Information systems from West Virginia University. For the past 7 years he has consulted and delivered data driven solutions helping empower clients to understand their own data.
